You have 60 days from delivery to request a return. To get started, email help@vellaroam.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.

Our team will provide the return instructions and address. Please contact us before sending your items back.

A problem with your delivery?

Contact us with your order number and a description of what happened. If an item arrives damaged, include photographs so we can understand the issue.
