Shopping with Vellaroam

These terms apply to purchases made through the Vellaroam online store.

Products and availability

The Vellaroam Hardshell Set includes three matching suitcases in the color you select. Product details, full dimensions and current color availability are shown on the product page. Check full dimensions against your airline’s baggage limits before travel.

Prices and checkout

Prices are displayed in USD. US shipping is free. Applicable taxes and delivery charges outside the US are shown at checkout before payment. Review your selected color, quantities, contact details, delivery address and final total before placing an order.

Delivery and returns

Delivery takes 5–7 days. You have 60 days from delivery to request a return. Our shipping policy and return policy provide further information.

Shipping Safety

Shipping Safety is an optional $4.99 USD shipping add-on, charged once per order. It is added only if you select it in the cart. You can remove it before checkout.

Order changes and customer care

If you need to correct an order, email help@vellaroam.com as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We will check whether the order can still be updated.
