Order status or delivery

Delivery takes 5–7 days. Email help@vellaroam.com with your order number if you need help locating an order or checking its status.

Need to correct something?

Send us your order number and the change you need as soon as possible. We’ll check whether the order can still be updated.

Start a return

You have 60 days from delivery to request a return. Read the delivery and returns information, then contact us for instructions.
